NERVECELL: The Making Of 'Psychogenocide' Part 1

May 13, 2011

The first in a series of webisodes featuring behind-the-scenes footage from the making of "Psychogenocide", the new album from Dubai, United Arab Emirates-based death/thrash metallers NERVECELL, can be viewed below.

"Psychogenocide" was released on April 29 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland; and on May 2 in the rest of Europe through Lifeforce Records. The CD features guest vocals by guitarist/vocalist Karl Sanders of South Carolina-based extreme technical death metallers NILE on the song "Shunq (To The DespairedKing Of Darkness)".

The "Psychogenocide" cover artwork was designed by Bjrn Goosses of Killustrations (ABORTED, SEVERE TORTURE, ZYKLON) and is a concept which NERVECELL has been working on for quite a while. The band is said to be "extremely proud of how it has turned out" as it "perfectly matches the aggression and musical direction of the new album."
